Standard grease axles

Our standard grease axles are built to your exact specifications including heavy duty axle tubes, straight or drop spindles, galvanized, raw or painted tubes and have a standard 1-year warranty.

Premium axles

Our premium axles, include Vault or Vortex Hybrid Lubrication system with a semi-fluid oil in a pressurized chamber. No maintenance and no service required. All premium axles include at least 5 years warranty. Learn more by checking out the Vortex video.

Torsion axles

The torsion suspension system is a torsion arm type suspension which is completely self-contained within the axle tube. It attaches directly to the trailer frame using brackets which are an integral part of the axle assembly. Torsion axles provide improved suspension characteristics relative to leaf spring axles through the unique arrangement of a steel torsion bar surrounded by four rubber cords encased in the main structural member of the axle beam.

The wheel/hub spindle is attached to a lever, called the torsion arm, which is fastened to the rubber encased bar. As load is applied, the bar rotates causing a rolling/compressive resistance in the rubber cords. This rotating action provides the same functionality as conventional sprung axles with several operating advantages including independent suspension and reduced wear.

Hydraulic Disc Brake axle

Disc brakes are designed to activate when the vehicle's brakes are applied. As the vehicle stops or slows, the momentum of the trailer pushes forward developing pressure in the actuator (master cylinder) which is used to apply pressure to the brakes.
