PTW2 - Perfect for 18’ – 30’ pontoon boats weighing up to 6,200 lbs.
o Standard model–Our standard pontoon trailer is strong where it needs to be while keeping the frills to a minimum. The PTW is constructed with a tube frame, channel cross members to reduce rusting, and level 1 salt protection (stainless or galvanized hardware, galvanized axles, and galvanized shackles). The standard paint is textured matt black powder coat.
o Manitou model–Our standard pontoon trailer customized with center tube offsets and rear extensions for your specific Manitou boat model. The PTW is constructed with a tube frame, channel cross members to reduce rusting, and level 1 salt protection (stainless or galvanized hardware, galvanized axles, and galvanized shackles). Center bunks brackets are adjustable to -5.25". The standard paint is textured matt black powder coat.
o DX– For owners desiring a higher-level trim package, the DX version maintains the strength of a tube frame and the rust resistance of channel cross members, and level 1 salt protection (stainless or galvanized hardware, galvanized axle, galvanized shackles and bunk brackets). Additionally, the DX is standard with black inlay aluminum wheels, plastic covered bunks, valance fenders with fender pads, a tri-toon package that includes loading guides and aluminum step pads. The standard paint is textured matt black powder coat.
